Smart Time Options

Whether you’re pasting HTML or text-only time options,’s powerful scheduling technology will generate up to three times per day that match with the meeting template’s preferences and your overall availability.

If you have more than three available time slots in a day, we’ve added new logic for the tool to automatically select three options. Not happy with these options? Re-select the dates and copy-paste again, and you’ll see different time slots. Easy!
